IWC Watch Pilot’s Chronograph 41 IW388103. The IWC Schaffhausen Big Pilot’s Chronograph 41 watch with green dial is a timekeeping tool imbued with the distinct cockpit instrument inspired design. Its 41mm stainless steel case is integrated with 100 meter water resistance and topped with a scratch resistant and anti glare sapphire crystal glass secured against displacement by drop in air pressure. The same sapphire glass is also used on the reverse of the watch case. This clear exhibition caseback grants an unhindered view of the self winding IWC Calibre 69385 as it performs, delivering a useful 46 hours of running time whilst off the wrist. The chronograph movement, equipped with a column wheel escapement, is developed in house by experts at IWC Schaffhausen and provides 30 minute, 12 hour and small second functions as well as a day and date feature located at 3 o’clock. The IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 features a captivating green dial with white Arabic numeral hour markers and a set of central hour and minute hands that have been painted with Super LumiNova. The IWC quick change system has also been integrated into the brown calfskin strap that secures this IWC Big Pilot’s Watch to the wrist. The EasX CHANGE system enables the wearer to transform the look of the IWC Big Pilot’s Watch Chronograph by alternating the brown leather strap with a metal bracelet or rubber band from the IWC Schaffhausen accessories catalogue.
