Just like the original, this Rado DiaStar Ladies watch features a unique oblong-shaped case framing a round dial and a shield-like expanse of metal surrounding it. The metal in use is yellow gold CVD coated hardmetal allowing the scratch resistant case to sit on the wrist at 27.3mm in diameter and 9.1mm in height. At the centre, the Rado DiaStar The Original Quartz watch boasts a stunning yellow gold-coloured striped dial with matching gold hands for the hours, minutes and seconds and a dazzling abundance of 11 brilliant cut white diamonds for the hour markers. For easy legibility, the hour and minute hands are adorned with an insert of glow in the dark Superluminova while the date window contrasts to its backdrop in white. Powering each of these functions is a Swiss made quartz movement kept hidden and protected behind a closed CVD coated case back water resistant to 30 metres. To secure the Rado ladies watch to the wrist, the case is fitted with a matching yellow gold CVD coated three-row link bracelet and a classic folding buckle.
