The watch’s 30 meter water resistant stainless steel case provides a protective housing around IWC Schaffhausen’s in house made Calibre 69355. This reliable and meticulously crafted engine performs at a rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour behind a transparent caseback made from sapphire crystal glass. The material is also sealed to the front of the case to protect the dial from heat, moisture, scratching and debris. This men’s IWC Portugieser automatic watch takes residence upon the wrist with a practical and compact 41mm diameter. A classic hand finished black leather strap made by Italian shoemaker, Santoni, envelopes the wrist, securing with a robust stainless steel pin buckle engraved with the iconic IWC logo.
